Got a call from this phone number saying I owe money to an 'Access Financial'. SCAM!!

Just got a voicemail from them. Definitely a scam

Gat a call from this number also and they could not provide me with any docs saying what the original loan amount was. Said it was from 3.29.10 so 5 and 1/2 years ago. They are saying that I was trying to defraud them.....while on the phone with them they wanted $1257 from me. I looked them up while online and told them that I did not believe them and that I see that they have a bunch of complaints and people are saying they are a scam....said he would transfer me to his "manager". I just hung up. The didn't have the right email address for me or address or even state I lived in.

Got a call from this number saying that they had a case filed against me that this is being filed with one of there loss litigation specialist and that they need a statement from me to include in the file.
I have been getting calls from this number for almost 2 years now and it is starting to get very boring.  I have filed statements with both the sheriffs offices and both state attorney offices since they call me at my place of employment and my home which are both in 2 separate states

TOTAL SCAM

started getting calls from this number both on my cell and at work, multiple times a week, several times a day usually an hour or so apart. I finally called them thinking it was possibly legitimate; they had my last 4 of my social and said it was from an online payday loan, but the email used was my wife's. I told her I didn't use payday loans and I'd have to get back to her. She said the total bill with fees was $1010 but they ( the company they were working for but she wouldn't give the name ) was willing to settle for $650 and I'd have 24 hrs before they started criminal charges.
