Keeps calling. Who is it?

Same thing happened to me - they called, left no message, I called it back and it wasn't a working # / couldn't go through - update Contact List to show SPAM for the next time.

Irony: As I was reporting another number, here on 800Notes, I got a call from another unrecognized Out-Of-State number.  No message was left.  As usual, I did not answer, and I looked up the number here.  (800Notes is still my go-to.)  Thank you both for posting your experiences!  (Others [on another site] have reported this number as a credit card scam.)  I will be placing this number on my "Telemarketer" contact, which has a silent ringtone and is blocked.  Out-Of-State + No Message = Scamarketer.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone.  I have even put it on the no call list and I still get these scam calls.  How do you stop them?  Just got another one from 253-582-8342
