Left No voice-mail message.  Showed as from Washington (state I'm guessing).

Call from Kent WA. No message.

Got call on my cell phone.  They hung up and did not leave a message.  I read on another web site that this is the one from "Card Services" that says that they will reduce your interest rate on your credit card.  This is a scam....They try and get your personal info, including your social security number or credit card numbers.  Don't fall for it.  Scammers.  Blocked caller.

Answered only because I thought it was a local call.
