I got a call from this number. I heard that weird buzzing in the background and then heard a mans voice for a second, but not a whole word.

A man called my home and he said he was with some kind of energy source company/ home estimates to do estimates about your home. I couldn't quite hear him, he talked quiet, fast and had no accent. He asked how old my house was, what kind of gas my house ran on.  Stupid me I answered the 2 questions but when he asked me the 3rd question what kind my windows were made of, glass or plastic? I thought this was strange, I don't know this person and I'm not familiar with the company so I told him that "this is strange I'm not going to answer anymore of your questions and I'm not the owner of this house anyway and I don't know who you are".  I said I'm not the owner so he wont aske me anymore questions. He repeated what the company was again and what they do and still I couldn't hear him. He still talked quiet and fast. He didn't even mention his name, so i said again I'm not going to answer you, so he said ok thank you, I'll try again and hung up.  I dailed *69 and the number was 253-472-0558.  It may be a real company with real people working for them but I was not taking any chances giving this guy more information's about my home.  I usually don't pick up my house phone.

I received a call from that number too. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, but I looked it up on yellowbook.com and it told me that it was a landline in Tacoma. It didn't give a name though. Maybe that can help track down whoever it is?

A man called and refused to tell me what the call was about, he just kept asking for my name, then he asked for my husband so I just told him he had the wrong number and hung up.

I recieved a real weird call from this number too.  I picked up my house phone to what sounded like someone on the other end not talking, then my phone started to ring out to another number.  I didn't push any buttons or anything.  Sounds suspicious to me, very weird.  I *69ed and tried to call the number back several times to either a buzzy signal or no answer or machine at all.
