This number keeps calling my cell phone and there is never anyone there and if I call back, the number is not in service. I want these calls to stop!

I keep getting phone calls with a man on the other line with an African accent asking me about what meds I'm ordering from their company and I have no idea who these people are as well as another number with a different area code.209-434-1296.
