Twice I have received calls from this number, and when I answer, there is a pause then a female mechanical voice tells me goodby and the line goes dead.  I believe this is a hacking program looking for computers or phones connected to the internet that they can use to get on the internet free

I've been getting calls from this same odd # and it happens Every day.  I finally answered and no one is there. Very annoying

I got a call from 253429c454 that's how came up on my cell phone???    The lady barely spoke English.  Said she was calling from Global Communications to update my computer and hung up on me.
