Got two phone calls in a row, no message left

I answered and he asked for me by name and said his name was "Joe" and claimed to be a employment adviser. Didn't give me the organization name. But he hung up on me when I lit into him for calling and not leaving any sort of message. These losers need to be stopped and punished.
