i need to know every information regarding to this phone number

I received a call from this number on 8/23/14, about receiving grant money. Does anyone know anything about this scam.

I received a call yesterday, They want me to load $250.00 on a green dot card and call them back with the transfer info on the card so they can send me the grant. When in fact the green dot will just give them my $250.00 into their account.

A lot of our residents have been recceiving phone calls from this number requesting personal infomation so they can win money.  It is illegal in the State of Florida to ask for money in order to win anything.

I received a call from this number saying that I would be receiving grant money.  The guy who called said he was calling from the US Govt and didn't speak english without an accent, it also sounded like he was in a large call center.  When I told him I would not give him my bank information or debit card information he said they could send the money via Western Union...I have never know the Gov't to send anything via Western Union.
