A classic Nigerian 419 scam. An 'inheritance'? Why of course! All you have to do is send a 'fee' to collect. It the realm of scams, this one is an oldie. Dates back to when such scams were mailed to you by snail mail. It is a very simple advance fee scam. Any time you are asked to send money to get money, it's a scam. Every time.

Scammers from West Africa: Benin (French speaking). They work in team on both side of the Atlantic: some in Benin to collect the cash you send (pretending to be a local prominent attorney: Bah Ibrahima and his girlfriend Josiane Gbaguidi as the secretary (I tricked them in scanning and emailing me their ID cards), but as a prominent attaorney, his name does not appear in the Legal Bar Association of Benin) and some in the US to originate scam - Takoma, WA metro area where the number is calling from. Targeting French speaking people via Facebook requesting friendship and FB Messenger, then posing as an old 69 year old French lady in hospital dying of brain cancer wanting to legate her family estate since she had no family (all died in plane accident) and had no children during lifetime. Emailed legally looking legit document for you to sign and return. After claiming to get the docs approved by a court, then they ask you for $640 as court fee.
