Thomas Bates/Ricahrd Bates/Richard Blackburn/ ARS Solutions/Legal Mediation Solutions scam
Sometimes ID themselves as Premier Financial Group.  No official record of them anywhere that I can find. The Bates/Blackburn personas go  around making threats. Sometimes they pretend to be an attorney. Many times they use the group name of Legal Mediation Solutions or some similar-sounding variant.   Long history of scamming on 800notes. They also use the name  “Imperial Processing Solutions”.
They once gave out an address on 800notes of:

Called but since it just showed Seattle WA on the caller ID I only turned the phone on, then off, then added the number to the phones blocked list.

Nothing much found in a Google search other than one reference on another site that said they tried to call the number back and a recorded message told them they did not take calls on that number and to call 850-546-6444.
