Called 2 sec, then hung up. Called back and it is from a rebate center saying that I recently visited one of their sister sites (What site? Didn't say). Said I won a $100 rebate card good for various locations like, Walmart, Best Buy and such. Block the number don't click 2 to be put on the do not call list. you do that and they now know that the number is active and will continue to call with other phishing offers.
