Called my phone 2 times. May be a scam

Called and didn't leave a message.

Called 3 times today. Sunday. No msg. Probably a scam. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. No problem.  If it's important they'll leave a message.

They called me 4 times today alone. Yesterday, I answered & they were conducting a survey. I told them not a good time and hung up. They also asked for my husband's name when I answered, because the bill is in his name. They are lucky they didn't get him, he's not so nice to unwanted callers. I blocked them tonight after they called at 9:00 pm. We are unlisted, and on the do not call registry, so shouldn't be getting these calls.

I don't answer UNIDENTIFIED CALLS!!! If it's important, leave a message!! I also don't always have phone service depending on where I'm at!!!
