This call is one to absolutely not answer.   Someone pretends their headset is messed up or some other ploy and they ask you can hear them now.  If you say the word "Yes"  they paste it over another device that allows them to charge you a huge amount for the call.   Crooks,  plain and simple.   Don't answer the phone to anyone whose number you don't know.  Don't be a victim.
