I just got a call from the same # 253-284-0784 Nov/18/2013 4.20 pm I didn't recognize the #, let it go to answer machine and they didn't bother to leave a message.. So, I called the # only to discover, all I got is a busy signal..! Go Figure..? We are on the do not call list, but get this type of calls all the time" hence the answering machine"

This is another spoofed ID (false listing) - best to report on Do not call complaints and do a *57 which is a trace back that alerts your phone carrier about harrassing calls.  File a report with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
with reports, the FCC will take action.  
FYI- ARC of WA is a real entity, there actual numbers are (360) 357-5596 --(888) 754-8796 and they are aware of someone using their name fraudulently and have advised WA Attorney Generals office.

calls leaves no messages.....calls almost everyday....i dont know number ....i refuse to answer numbers i do not know....reporting as nusaince calls
