I got called by this number today.  Caller Id list only the number.  I did a call back on it and was told by an automated voice that .... I HAD REACHED A DISCONNECTED NUMBER BELONGING TO PACIFIC TELE COMMUNICATIONS GROUP.... well doesnt sound to disconnected if they had just called me does it... its a number from Washington.
