Unknown telemarketer. Dropped them into the fax line. I believe the number to be spoofed. Call center/phishbowl noise in background, heavily accented caller. Might be that magazine company from the Philippines that's been calling incessantly the past month.

Ah! Today this number called back. A Miss Washington was on the other end, asking to speak to our HR Department.
Miss Washington was highly reluctant to tell me anything regarding the company she was with or, the nature of the call. She mumbled something about confirming employment. Since she was rude and reluctant, the only thing she'll get is the HR general voicemail. HR will decide if they wish to return her call.

Annndddd today's call back involved some rather cheesy hold music.
Time to block the number.
