Some sort of "internet survey" that claims you are pre-selected to win 1 of 3 prizes. Didn't answer but the message said to press 3 to be removed from their call list, so I picked up and pressed 3.  The message then said to enter my phone number with area code, did that and it said I was removed from their call list.
