yep.. said it was thier last call as there was a legal suit against me, no names mentioned. I called and and sounded like a guy from india got in the phone. I asked why he called me and who he wanted to talk to. he proceeded to hang up the phone,

Received a message on voice mail. Caller ID says the number is 253-245-1998 from Auburn WA. Caller claimed to be from the "legal department of the IRS" - demanded we return the call since the IRS is "filing a lawsuit" against someone (he didn't mention the name). Spoke with an Indian accent. Call is a fraud which IRS and FTC have sent warnings about. If you don't know the caller, don't answer (assuming you have caller ID).

robo call claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me (although they use no names) with instructions to call a 360 area code number.  absolute scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
