I recognized the prefix as being a local neighborhood area number so I answered. There was a long pause after I said Hello so I knew it was going to be a spam call.  A man said he was from some Wounded Vet program..I'll admit I didn't listen close enough to get the full name. Told him I wasn't interested and hung up.

caller ID said "out of area". No message left.

Injured vets scam.  Ignoring 'Do Not Call' list, naturally.
