There's been an incident here and this isn't the first time this has happened. Some Indian guy called us saying he was working for Microsoft and insisted we turn on our computer and follow his instructions to delete some files as he claimed someone was trying to hack into my computer to steal my ID. We think this is rather suspicious.

Microsoft warn ALL such calls at http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx     It is a scam.
