they say they are calling from windows. that I have a problem on my computer. my computer is running fine.  is this a fake call or what?

yes its fake DONT pay the money I payed them 160 dollars and now have issues with my computer and it cost me over 200.00 from a real company to fix what they did please DONT PAY THEM

2532432158 told me that they were calling from Microsoft and my computer was at risk and needed to be fixed I payed 160 and just had to pay over 200 to have a real company fix my computer its FAKE please dont give them any more money
