These people called me and had my address, ssn, bank info and everything. i have no IDEA who they are. Said i got a loan and i didn't.

Today I received a call from this number on my cell and when I didn't answer they immediately called my work. Since I was at work I had to answer and the caller stated that He was from some law firm and that I had to call His lawyer ASAP because I was being charged for not paying back a loan, a loan that I never took out. Since I have been receiving calls like this for a few months I asked Him to send me documentation. He said to call His lawyer so I repeated that I wanted documentation. Well this went on for a few more rounds when He finally ended it by saying F@ck You and hanging up.

The caller is male and has a thick middle eastern or indian accent
I used a reverse caller lookup and it says that the call is from Pierce, Washington
The phone company is International Telecom LTD

I too have been getting a call from this number from a John  Smith who sounds as if he is from india or the middle east saying that I better call him today about a law suit against me for a loan that i did not pay back.  I also asked for something in writing that I owe this money and every time he says he can't provide that ino to me.  he keeps calling me at work and bothering my co-workers.

I received this call today.  Said his name was Robert.  He left a message on my phone. Told me to have my lawyer call back and said good luck.  Has scam written all over it!

just received a call from an indian man at work named "Daniel" said he is a paralegal and has no information but he is calling from a federal credit law firm in washington and he is calling for his lawyer Sean Michaels- he could not disclose anything but I needed to call the lawyer back.?????
