They left a pre-recorded message as follows: Tax crime investigation unit of IRS. Advising an arrest warrant has been issued now and me and my property are being monitored. I must call back ASAP before they proceed further in any legal manner.

Same message as above!  the IRS will NEVER leave a robo message telling anyone they are being monitored or there is an arrest warrant.  Crazy evil bottom feeders.
