FROM THE GOVERNMENT.  BS, HE SAID HIS NAME WAS colin Key.He sounded pakasantisn.  I told him I don't have any money for the so called fee of 200$, and wasn't going give him bank card.  So he asked to have a family member borrow it.  And I could get back to him at any time.  One time deal. But I knew it wad fake. He was going on and on bout getting a 200 card and give him the numbers in order to recieve 8,499$ from the government.
