Telemarketing scammers pushing some sort of card services scheme - don't get ripped off, block these bozos that call and hang up if you have a call screening service configured like we do.
Do yourself a favor and just block 'em and they'll be out of your life :)

They want to put me on the front page of Google. Really? How many front pages to they have????
Calls have slowed since I started pushing 1 for a rep. Waste their time and money.
If enough of us do it maybe they will leave us alone.
