Credit Card Services, you have a recorded message and then have to press 1 to "lower your interest rate", and I did it to see, and it is a very foreign accent man, probably in another country.  They will not leave anyone alone!  There's no stopping their calls.  They keep changing the number that shows on caller ID, so you can't tell it's them.  WISH THEY WOULD DISAPPEAR

I got a call from 253-236-2032 minutes ago.  There was no voice at the other end.  I now know not to bother picking up.

On 05-17-2012, @ 3:27 PM, received call from 253-236-2032.  Caller ID said "Customer Svc".  Phone rang 3 times before I picked up.  There was no one there and no answer.  Call came from Kent/ Tacoma, Washington area.  Another scammer call, which shows the DNC lists don't work at all like Buzz said.  They just ignore them.  Waste of tax payer's money.  Doesn't do any good to report them to FCC either.  They don't do anything about it.  Waste of time.  I wish they'd put a special button on the phones so that when scammers call you, you could push the button and blow their phone up in their faces!

I hate Rachel and her friends like Heather who called today from 253-236-2032.  The caller ID said it was from Credit Card Tel. Yesterday it was from 914-979-2815 and it was from a private caller at 914-979-2815 who was in Gresham, OR. The day before it was from CNAM at 971-220-1994 and Rachel apparently moves about the country from day to day. I have reported everything to the FCC including the phone numbers that place these stupid calls, the content of the calls, the service provider that is used to make the calls (yesterday it was Pacific Tel), the exchange providers allowing the long distance calls, and even the address that the calls come from. The Do Not Call list is probably run by Rachel or Heather and it is totally worthless. I am sure that Congress, the Senate, some congressional committee, or the FCC itself spent many valuable hours debating about setting up a Do Not Call list and now that it is available to us for complaints about violators we feel so much better, don't we? I bet they forgot to debate about setting up a way to deal with the violators of their much touted Do Not Call List.  I guess they need to debate some more.
