Have received five calls from this number - always very early in the morning. Area code prefix supposedly belongs to numbers in the Washington-Oregon area. No one ever leaves a message - So we figure that it is some sort of telemarketing scheme because telemarketers never want you to know who is calling.

Someone just called from this number claiming to be doing a "health check for seniors". He said he has 6 simple questions. I told him I am NOT a senior and he ended the call. I did notice a lot of background noise. It sounded like someone calling from a cell phone while driving with the car windows open.
