IRS Scam

Calls and makes threats scam

this automated caller keeps calling and leaving messages warning that if I don't return the call then something bad will happen to me.  I've tried calling back and the # is dead.
Broken automated message goes something like this...
"Do not disregard this message"
"the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive"
Threat: "If you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney, then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation totally unfolds upon you"

Sounds like the IRS Scam.

The IRS will not call you. They send letters via US Mail. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you by threats that are nothing but hot air (and bad breath). This is a SCAM.

Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back.

Received countless threatening calls. Only get a recording saying to call back with an attorney or good luck with how the situation unfolds.
