Veiled threat of legal action

Received a "threatening" phone call from this number on my cell stating a debt collection and IMMEDIATE action was able to be taken against me.  I have exceptional credit rating and no negative credit reportings/ratings. Tried calling this back from a work phone # both with a "block" and non block in place. Call would not go thru! Have received 3 "threatening" voice messages. I DO NOT ANSWER my cell nowdays unless I CLEARLY know who the caller is. This is clearly a SCAM and this number/owner needs to be reported to local law governing authorities!

vety true my county sheriff verified it was one trying Get money from the elderly. Just like they did calling my end laws  and getting a 100.00from them.

This message was very threatening. It's threatened that if I didn't call they would wish me good luck as the situation totally unfolds in front of me and since I could barely understand the beginning of the message I have no idea what this is about.
