This number just called. It was a recording. Said they were from the IRS threatening to sue me. The IRS does NOT operate like that. Check their website. This appears to be a scam. BEWARE!

Just got the same call in central Louisiana. Read about this scam recently. Believe if you followup they will ask you to send in money to cancel the "law suit"... Remember, the IRS does not initiate anything with a phone call. They send letters first. Don't bite. Who you report this to, I don't know.

Just got a message like this today. (Texas) A digital voice recording. They did not say who the call was for.

I just received a message from this number and they claimed to be the IRS as well and threatened to send the State police to arrest me if this wasn't paid. I told them to send them right over!!!! People Beware.

Im in Florida and I received an automated recording that the IRS was going to sue me.It was my first notice but the recording said "final notice." I did try to call back the number left on my voicemail but it just came up as a fast busy signal.
