they keep calling and hanging up when I called back it says the number is disconnected no longer in use

I keep getting the same thing...also says it is disconnected

Unwanted call. $9000.00 grant that I do not have to  pay back. Nothing is free. Invited idiot to come face me. Said to sing one of three songs to be removed from the call list.
