I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. I called back and get a fast busy. It shows as a Tacoma, Wash verizon wireless number according to an App that I have on my iPhone.

I have a phone call from this number and left a voicemail say hello.. Following my by name Kristy calling and end up with bye!! The voice was a woman but creepy!! Tone!!
