I do not pick up this call but they call at min. twice a day and do not leave a message. Yes it is some number from Washington.  I do not have the ability to block specific numbers but I'm listed on do not call registry.  I would like them to stop calling but do not want to pick up a telemarketers call - they usually don't stop anyway.  If you find out more information please let me know as well at lorisproat@gmail.com.
