Just got a call from this number and the person leaving a message addressed me as Mr. (my real first name) to tell me that he had a check for me in the amount of $25k, that he was from the UPS, and an additional $35k if I would return the phone call.  These scammers are getting a bit far fetched and speak very broken English.  The Do Not Call list just doesn't work.

My husband just got a call from 251-727-8922 which stated they were David Stanley from The Lottery Sweepstakes Co Associated with Mega Millions and the Power Ball games and they were trying to reach my husband because he had won 2.5 million dollars. ROTFLMAO

a man called me saying his name was mike stanley, and told me i had won 2.5 million dollars and $50,000 along with a 2011 mercedes and that all i had to do to recieve the prizes was to go to western union and pay $500 and give the receipt to the delivery man haha what a bunch of [***]

Just got a call from someone who called himself John Peterson.  Call number 251-727-8922.  He said they had a delivery to be released and was trying to verify my address.  I continued to question him as to what delivery and from who.  "The sweepstakes and lottery" he said and I broke in and told him that I was not interested, just to keep it.   We don't enter contests nor do we buy lottery tickets.  Where did they get my name?

Yeah, that phone number called me and told me I was one of the finalists in the publishers clearing house sweepstakes. I haven't bought any subscriptions or entered anything, AND it's clearly not an 800 or 866 number. I feel really bad for people who might go for this and I wish there was a way I could stop them :(
