I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.  WHEN I LOOKED IT UP, MY COMPUTER SHOWS SEARS, BUT WHEN I CALLED IT WAS A COLLECTION AGENCY WITH WRONG NUMBER

I am getting mentally harrassed from this phone number they are looking for someone else why bother my phone?

I am not understanding this at all, the caller message is looking for a Cindy Collins, and why am I getting harrassed mentally from this number?  What can I do about this?
