Repeated calls early in the morning.  No messages and unable to call back when redailed

Repeat calls with noise in background  - busy office noise?? Google search indicates this is the contact phone number of FRANZ REAL ESTATE in Mobile, AL

Saw this number come in several times and finally answered one day.  A woman named Tammy with deep southern accent (assuming because it says it's in Mobile, AL) begins to speak to me about helping generate jobs for the handicapped and blind.  She does not want to ask for money over the phone, but to send us products that have been made by blind and handicapped people so that we can view them first and then go from there.  I hung up before she finished speaking.

Said the same thing as what they did to J in Colorado, except it was a man. After many phone calls I blessed them out, and they said they called the cops.
Whatever, I didn't communicate a threat or anything. It's a scam.

Called two days in a row.  James Fowler on the caller-id.  Fortunately I was not at home.  Normally I let these calls ring but sometimes I hit talk and then end.  I do not know what the best is way to handle this.
