Received call from Steven @ Crosby Law Firm claiming a fraud case has been opened against me by American Cash.  Steven had a very heavy accent (1st red flag for scam), he claims to be from a law firm (Crosby Law Firm, 2nd red flag for scam) and immediately went into stating it was a fraud case against my social security number (3rd red flag).  I did not confirm anything, nor would I give any information over the phone.  Asked for proof of debt and was told that he'd move forward with the fraud case.  Watch out for these people as they want to get a payment prior to providing anything.

I have received a call from 251-272-3731 and was same Crosby law and is is a scam. they are some Indian people with very poor attitude and heavy accent. this is a scam and fraud but I am confuse how they are award of our phone number and other personal information.Watch out for this stupid and and fraud people.

I received a call from this number saying his name is Steven Conner from a law firm  sayng I have a law suit against me at american cash wanting my attorney information couldn't give a year or any info in reference to this so called loan got rude with us and when we told him not to call back he kept calling had my name and my social security number and hello the phone he called isnt even in my name!!!!

Received a call from 251-272-3731 from a guy named Ryan Jackson (who spoke with a heavy Indian accent) of Crosby Legal and Associates. Said I was being charged with fraud for monies owed to American Cash. I looked up thier number, comes back to Mobile AL. They do not have a website either. Believe its a scam, as I do not owe any pay-day loans or advances.

I received the same spill. I called Crosby law in Mobile AL and found that they have no ties with these crooks. I am a retired Sheriff from NC who now holds Private Investigator licence in 13 states. I will find out where this call came from and if they are actually in our country..... Take their [***] down!
