the phone number  that was on my cell phone did not show a name of any company at all

This number calls my home every morning about 8:30 am. When I answer there's a recording telling me to wait for the next available agent.  I'm recovering from open heart surgery and these calls break my rest and cause me undo stress. Please contact me as I am sulting help to take legal action to cease all these unwanted and unselisited calls. I am also plan to notify the Better Business Bureau and the phone company about these calls to have them permanently blocked and whatever legal action I can take I will
