B/S repeated calls; wants credit card info

Calling from Alabama, Left no message.

Fraudulent recording alleging they are calling from credit card company to lower interest rate on current card.

Just received a call from this number.  Automated message states they are calling about a credit card and offers to lower interest rates.  When I pressed 1 to be connected with an agent, I explained to the agent that I am on the national do not call registry and wanted to be removed from their call list.  The agent said, "It's a cruel world out there.  No one cares.  It's not up to you."  I repeated my request and he repeated his statements.  Wow.

I wonder IF reporting these calls to the DNC list website & even the FCC will bring in more scam calls. It's really like playing whack-a-mole!
