Clarification on my post re: the 250-483-0013 number. Using the internet phone to call a land line, the number 250-483-0013 appeared on the caller ID. The caller was in a totally different area code, not 250. Seems the voice over internet call emerges from the digital ether and connects to the land line system via 250-483-0013. And the number isn't associated with any one caller.

Got a few calls from this number...A couple with the Florida trip, the rest from my mother in PA.  I'm in Victoria.  This is weird.  She's on Vonage, could it be redirecting it through this number??

just got a call from this number on a government issued cell phone saying they were calling from Roger's Wireless with a promotion, and "all I need to know is how many phones you have on this account and the account numbers please"

Something fishy.

Had a call on my cell from this number at lunch today. I didn't answer so it went to voicemail. Heard random noise in the background, but no voices.
