Is this a scam to get you  off your consumers energy account?

Just got a call a few minutes ago on my cell phone, when I answered no one replied, just crickets??  Not sure who it was from.

Recieved a call last night from this # and the freeking morons didn't disconnect
the phone properly and now I have a "line in use" and cannot use my phone. Love
having to wait to hear back from AT & T.

Received call from this #---nobody on the other end. Sure it's a scam of some sort. Every single day I get a call from a number I don't know, just like this one. Very annoying!
