This number has called me on my tracfone wasting my airtime, and leaving prank voice mails, This needs to stop immediately! It's irritating and will not stop. Unless this person wants to pay for a new phone These calls better stop.

Do this--it worked for me:

Send them this following text message: "STOP sending spam messages to this number or I will report you to the FCC".

Problem solved.
