Political calls , surveys, & charities are exempt from the DNC list.

Caller is showed up as Chrysler group.

Caller ID said "CHRYSLER GROUP" - did not answer and did not leave a message.  Assumption is a new tactic, using well-known and seeminly legitimate name, for the scam/spam callers, since I used to get calls almost every day from people with strong Indian accents, whom I could barely hear over all the bullpen noise in the background, in the so-called, non-descript "Warranty Dept" about my 2008 Jeep, which I haven't owned in 4 years.
