The message said that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. SCAM!

I received exactly the same call.  Maybe a law suit against the caller would be appropriate!  My phone is listed on National do not call list!  3 calls from them today!

We received 3 unanswered calls yesterday (March 24, 2017). A female automated voice message said "The IRS is filing lawsuits against you. Please call our department number 248-801-9321. Thank you."  All three message were the same, about 34-35 seconds long.
