Voicemail stating my information has been stolen. FRAUD!!! They HATE when you call them out on it and say they are scammers.

Soliciting a payday loan never had..company never heard of....threatening to take me to court. It is a spam....fraudulent call.

Received a call from this number stating that a case was started against me for a payday loan from 2011. They threatened to take me to court and said that I needed to get a lawyer. When I asked more information they would not answer the questions and I told them to send me the information regarding this so I could take it to the police station to file a report and he hung up on me.
