Solar energy. They call from every state now! I am on the do not call list. They claim they are not selling so they don't have to abide by the rules of the do not call list. They are selling! It's home improvement and they use every number in the world to call you. I have over 100 numbers blocked just in California itself. Now i am getting them from Missouri. Hate!

This number just called my DNC listed landline.  Some guy with a heavy Indian accent asked if I was the homeowner.  When I asked him what it was about, he said he was calling from [something] Solar Energy.  I then informed him that his call was illegal as I was on the Do-Not-Call list.  He was clueless enough to say, how could he have known I was on the Do-Not-Call list, to which I informed him that telemarketers were required to access the list BEFORE making calls.  He was then stupid enough to claim, "How could I have called you if your number was on the list?"  At that point, I swore vociferously at him and told him to not call again.
