this is consumers energy, or someone stating they are consumers energy trying to get you to buy their
appliance plan. They hang up on you and are rude.

They call up in the guise of Consumers Energy and ask you to confirm you first name and last name and claim that they are with Consumer Energy. Definitely something fishy going on here.

Called to day ,left message to call back but not sure they were speaking English.  Got the call back thing but everything else was not clear.  If you put unavailable on my phone I won't answer or call back!  Make you sound shady!
