Banctel is the name of the company. They did try to pass themselves off as my mortgage company. After the second call, I found them on the internet. Banctel.com   Below is the name of the president of the company. When I called his # it sent me to email and it gave me his cell. I left a msg, but didn't catch the cell #. I called back and he actually picked up the phone(or someone did)and I hung up. Maybe if he gets enough email and nasty phone messages, he'll at least make sure his people aren't lying to potential customers. Although I don't believe this is a legitimate company.
