left no message on machine.

This number just called my cell phone & I didn't answer it as the CID only said "Michigan". They actually left a voice mail, a recorded voice stating there's nothing wrong with my credit card but I should call back for an important message about lowering my interest rate. Then it said to press 1 to be connected to a representative. It also claimed this will be my last call. It certainly will as I am blocking the number now.

It called me but I didn't answer, because it was a random number.

Called me at 8:30 am.  I did not pick up as I have been inundated with scam callers from all over the country lately.  They did not leave a message.
