twice they have called

Got called twice today as well... No message was left...

Got a call by this number and another in the same area code in the past two days. Never heard of it before.

it is volvo customer relations. they are calling to see how you liked your service or how you like your new car.

Yes, I too got called and no message left, 2 nights in a row. I called back and it is Volvo Customer Relations asking to conduct a survey. I told them a gentleman had already called and asked me questions regarding my new car purchasing experience. The lady says that it wasn't them because they have no "gentleman" in their office. I asked her to give the dealership the lowest possible rating on all questions. She continued to ask if I wanted to complete the survey, IDIOT!  I said no and hung up.
